Camera, Gallery, and WhatsApp Scanning
Scanner Go starts with a straightforward document-capture workflow. From the welcome and Home areas, users can choose Camera for a fresh page, Gallery for an existing image, or WhatsApp for a document image already shared in a conversation. The result is a practical way to turn receipts, forms, notes, and work papers into files without carrying a separate scanner.
After selecting pages, the app's document workflow supports useful cleanup choices. Crop the edges, apply a document filter, add color with a brush, select a page size such as A4 or Legal, compress the output, or place a personal watermark before sharing. These controls make the same capture flow suitable for a quick one-page handoff or a more polished multi-page record.
PDF Conversion and Everyday File Tools
The Tools tab gathers common format tasks in one searchable workspace. Its visible shortcuts include DOC to PDF, PDF to JPEG, Split PDF, Merge PDF, JPEG to PDF, and Compress, so users can move between office documents, images, and finished PDFs without opening separate utilities. A floating camera button keeps a new scan close at hand while the tool grid handles follow-up work.
Scanner Go also supports building one PDF from selected images and offers text, Excel, and image conversion options in its broader toolkit. Password protection, duplicate-page removal, and a choice of output size are useful when a document must be submitted, emailed, or stored with fewer unnecessary pages. The workflow is designed for small edits as well as routine office conversions.
Cloud Files, History, and Business Templates
The Cloud Files area gives scanned work a dedicated place to revisit. Its Scanned Files and All Files tabs separate recent capture results from the wider file list, while the welcome card points back to Scan Document and the PDF tools. This layout helps users reopen a document, continue organizing a set of pages, or start another scan without rebuilding the workflow.
For business tasks, the Templates section adds ready-made starting points beyond scanning. Create Business Card and Create Banner entries are presented alongside Saved Cards, making it practical to prepare contact material or a simple branded graphic from the same app. Together, file browsing and templates suit students, freelancers, small teams, and travelers who need documents and lightweight business assets in one mobile workspace.
Offline PDF Work for Mobile Routines
Scanner Go is built for moments when paperwork appears away from a desk. The product description positions its PDF converter as usable without an internet connection, which fits travel, classroom handouts, receipts, forms, and quick work submissions. Users can scan, convert, save, and share a finished file through familiar destinations such as email or WhatsApp instead of waiting to return to a desktop scanner.
The app also gives recurring document work a little more flexibility. HD output, multiple page types, nine language choices, and support for PDF or image sharing let the workflow adapt to different documents and audiences. Whether the task is a single receipt or a batch of pages, Scanner Go keeps capture, conversion, organization, and basic business design close together on Android.
