We do not change page conclusions based only on descriptions that cannot be verified. If the submitted materials are not enough, the editorial team may ask for additional screenshots, links, file information, or other evidence.

What Not to Send

To protect your privacy and safety, please do not send sensitive information unrelated to the issue, such as identity documents, bank card details, account passwords, verification codes, private chat records, or full device privacy data.

If a screenshot contains a phone number, email address, avatar, chat content, or other personal information, we recommend masking it before submission.
