Support Center
Support Center
Welcome to the APKBA Support Center. This page helps users understand how to report APK page issues, check file verification information, read safety scan records, and contact the APKBA team when something needs review.
APKBA support focuses on page accuracy, download transparency, file verification, and safety-related feedback. We cannot provide device repair, account recovery, app login support, or official support for third-party apps.
What You Can Get Help With
You can use this support page if you need help with:
- APK page information that appears incorrect or outdated
- Download links that do not work or redirect unexpectedly
- Files that do not match the version, size, or SHA-256 shown on the page
- VirusTotal scan records that changed or no longer match the page
- Installation test notes that seem outdated or incomplete
- Screenshots, ads, in-app purchases, permissions, or login requirements that need correction
- Rights, trademark, copyright, developer identity, or removal requests
- Safety concerns involving suspicious files, misleading content, or abnormal app behavior
Download and File Verification Help
If you downloaded an APK from APKBA, start by checking whether the file matches the page record. Compare the app version, file size, package name, and SHA-256 value before installing.
If SHA-256 Does Not Match
If your locally calculated SHA-256 does not match the value shown on APKBA, do not continue installation. Download the file again, confirm that you are on the correct version page, and report the mismatch if the issue remains.
When reporting a mismatch, include the page URL, app name, version number, file size, your calculated SHA-256, and the time you downloaded the file.
If a Download Link Does Not Work
If a download link is unavailable, redirects incorrectly, or returns a file that does not match the page, please report it with the page URL and a short description of what happened.
Screenshots or error messages can help the editorial team review the issue faster.
Safety Scan and Test Record Help
APKBA may show VirusTotal scan records, installation test results, screenshot evidence, and risk notes on download pages. These records are meant to help users make better decisions before installing APK files.
Scan results and installation tests are reference information, not absolute safety guarantees. They reflect the specific file, scan time, device environment, and test scope recorded on the page.
If you notice that a VirusTotal report has changed, a scan link is unavailable, or a test note no longer matches the app behavior, you can submit a correction request.
Developer and Rights Holder Requests
If you are an app developer, publisher, rights holder, or authorized representative, you may contact APKBA about page corrections, ownership clarification, trademark concerns, copyright issues, or removal requests.
Please include materials that can help verify your identity or authorization. This may include an official website, business email, app store listing, developer page, legal notice, or other relevant proof.

Response and Review Process
After receiving a support request, APKBA will review the issue type and check the materials provided. Issues that may affect download decisions, file verification, safety prompts, scan records, or user rights are handled with higher priority.
We may not be able to update a page based only on a general claim. If the request cannot be verified, the editorial team may ask for more information before making changes.
What APKBA Support Cannot Do
APKBA does not provide official customer support for third-party apps. We cannot reset app accounts, recover passwords, unlock accounts, process subscriptions, fix device-specific system issues, or speak on behalf of app developers.
For account, payment, login, or in-app service problems, please contact the official app developer or service provider directly.
