Keep Accounts and Documents Close
PNC Mobile places everyday account information in one banking workspace. Customers can review balances and recent activity across eligible checking, savings, credit card, and loan accounts, then open statements or documents when they need a clearer record of a payment, deposit, or monthly cycle. This makes the app useful for a quick balance check as well as more deliberate financial review.
The account view supports routine monitoring without requiring a branch visit or desktop session. Users can return to transaction details, watch for unfamiliar activity, and keep important account records within reach. For Virtual Wallet customers, spending categories and budgeting tools add context to the numbers, helping turn an account snapshot into a more practical view of where money is going.
Move Money with Bills, Transfers, and Zelle
Payments and transfers form a central workflow in PNC Mobile. Users can move funds between eligible PNC accounts and linked external accounts, schedule and manage bill payments, or make payments to eligible PNC products. Keeping these actions together reduces the need to switch between separate banking tools when handling recurring bills or moving money into the right account.
Zelle adds a person-to-person option for sending, requesting, and receiving money with people and businesses the user knows and trusts. A U.S. mobile number or email address can identify an enrolled recipient, while transfer history helps users follow completed activity. Recipient details should always be reviewed carefully because eligible Zelle payments can move quickly and generally do not include purchase protection.
Deposit Checks and Control PNC Cards
Mobile Deposit lets eligible customers use a supported phone camera to capture a check and submit it to an eligible PNC account. The guided process replaces a branch or ATM trip for many routine deposits, while the account activity area provides a place to watch for processing and availability. Users should keep the original check until the deposit has been accepted and the funds are available.
Card tools bring common controls into the same app. Customers can review eligible PNC debit and credit cards, use PNC Easy Lock to restrict new purchases or withdrawals when a card is misplaced, and view relationship or card rewards. These controls are especially useful when a card needs prompt attention or when a user wants to manage rewards alongside everyday banking.
Shape Alerts, Budgets, and Sign-In Preferences
PNC Mobile includes controls that help users adapt banking to their routines. Account and security alerts can call attention to selected activity, while Low Cash Mode tools for eligible Spend accounts combine Intelligent Alerts, Extra Time, and Payment Control to help customers respond when balances run low. Virtual Wallet budgeting views can also organize spending into categories and support personal targets.
Profile and settings areas let customers manage personal information, account preferences, sign-in choices, and app alerts. The sign-on screen supports saved user ID and biometric options, and the recovery flow can help users find a user ID or reset a password after verifying identity information. Together, these controls make the app practical for both daily monitoring and occasional account access problems.
