About Veeva Vault APK

Veeva Vault is a mobile workspace for life sciences teams that need secure access to Vault content away from a computer. Users sign in with their Vault or VeevaID account to find documents, review assigned work, and follow dashboards from an Android phone or tablet. The app also supports document scanning, file sharing, comments, push notifications, and task completion for supported workflows. By keeping important records and actions close at hand, it helps authorized employees stay productive during travel, site visits, and other mobile work.

Features & use cases

Find and Review Vault Documents

Veeva Vault brings a mobile document library to authorized life sciences teams. After choosing a Vault, users can search by document name or key term, switch between All Documents, Recent Documents, My Documents, Favorites, and saved views, then sort the results to reach the right record quickly. Opening a document provides a phone-friendly viewer for reading pages and checking the associated metadata.

Document tools support more than passive reading. Users can search within a file, move between page and thumbnail views, favorite useful records, inspect version history and related documents, or copy and share a document link. Recent items remain easy to revisit across mobile and web, which makes the app practical for reviews during travel, meetings, and site work.

Complete Document Tasks on the Go

The Tasks area helps users keep document workflows moving when they are away from a desktop. Available assignments can be sorted and filtered, with a Mobile view that highlights work supported inside the app and a See All view for the broader queue. A task detail page can show related documents, prompts, and the actions needed before submission.

Supported document workflow tasks can be accepted, reviewed, completed, and submitted from the phone. Read & Understood assignments require users to open the related material before signing, while multi-verdict tasks can collect a decision for each document. Security settings may allow biometric confirmation for an electronic signature, and tasks that need additional controls can open in a mobile browser for completion.

Scan and Add Documents from Android

Veeva Vault can turn a phone into a practical document intake tool. From the Library, authorized users can create an unclassified document by selecting a file or scanning physical pages with the camera. The scanning flow supports multiple pages, then offers controls to crop, rotate, adjust color, remove unwanted captures, name the document, and upload it to the selected Vault.

Files can also be shared into Vault Mobile from other Android apps, and eligible placeholder documents can receive new content through the same file or scan choices. This workflow is useful for field teams that need to capture paper records or move a document into Vault without returning to a computer. Access still follows each organization’s configured permissions and document rules.

Follow Dashboards, Comments, and Alerts

Dashboards and notifications give mobile users a compact view of work that may need attention. The Dashboards area lists available views, supports sorting and filtering, and presents dashboard data in a single column suited to a phone screen. Users can refresh the display when they need current figures without navigating the full desktop interface.

Notifications can surface assigned workflow tasks, shared document links, new comments, mentions, and changes to favorited documents. Inside the document viewer, users can read existing comments, reply, create a new comment, and manage basic collaboration details. A Vault selector makes it easier to move between accessible Vaults, while per-Vault notification controls help users decide which updates should reach the device.

Issues found during testing

  • The app reached the username screen, but the capture did not include Vault credentials; documents, tasks, dashboards, comments, scanning, and in-account workflows were not device-tested.
  • Only one Samsung SM-S911U1 running Android 16 was covered; compatibility on other phones, tablets, and Android versions was not checked.
  • Camera and Notifications were listed as not allowed, so permission-dependent document scanning and push alerts were not exercised.
  • The source XAPK requires the base APK plus arm64-v8a, English, and mdpi split APKs for the reviewed device configuration.
