It can be used to arrange Christian Life and Ministry meeting parts, including main and auxiliary classes and local needs, as well as local or away public talks. Speaker, hospitality, chairman, reading, and prayer assignments can be organized around the congregation's actual meeting plan.
Duty scheduling extends that workflow to attendants, security, sound, video, microphones, platform work, and custom responsibilities. Schedule Overview and automatic assignment tools help authorized users see upcoming coverage and reduce repetitive planning. This makes the Android app useful when a schedule needs review or adjustment away from the desktop.
Organize People and Congregation Records
Congregation Overview provides a central place to review key organizational information, events, field service reports, publisher reports, groups, and meeting attendance. Authorized users can also work with person records that may include contact details, away periods, spiritual information, privileges, assignments, reports, and emergency contacts. Bringing these areas together helps reduce the need to move between separate lists for routine administration.
The available tools follow a role-based congregation workflow rather than a general public calendar. Users connect through their region, congregation ID, and congregation password after completing the welcome details. Once linked, the mobile layout is designed to make recurring record checks and updates more practical on phones, tablets, or laptops.
Manage Territories and Public Witnessing
Territory tools support the practical work of organizing locations, addresses, assignments, and campaigns. Authorized users can review a Territory Overview, work with map-based territory information, and track how areas are assigned. Public Witnessing Scheduling adds another planning area for coordinating supported congregation activity without relying only on paper records or a desktop session.
These tools are most valuable when territory details need to stay connected with the wider congregation plan. Campaigns, groups, assignments, and schedule information can be handled within the same software family, giving responsible users a clearer view of current work. Exchange Data with NW Publisher
NWS Mobile works alongside NWS Desktop and the NW Publisher app rather than operating as an isolated personal organizer. Selected congregation data can be shared with publishers, while publisher reports and away periods can be received back into the scheduling workflow. Authorized elders can also share relevant NWS data with one another, helping coordinated records remain available across the congregation's supported tools.
The connection screen asks for a region, congregation ID, and congregation password, so access depends on a congregation already using New World Scheduler. Language selection, privacy-policy access, and a license agreement are available during setup. This structure suits appointed users who need mobile access to congregation administration, not users seeking a standalone calendar without organization credentials.
