Notifications and Communications in One Place
Notifica App brings electronic notices and administrative communications into a single DEHú-oriented workflow. Users can review items issued by participating Public Administrations, distinguish pending notices from accepted or completed ones, and handle their own correspondence or matters connected with represented parties. This is useful when several agencies may send messages through the same service, because the important items stay together instead of being scattered across separate portals.
Opening a notice gives the user its details and the time remaining before it expires, with color coding that makes urgency easier to recognize. The required action can be completed from the notice, after which the confirmation document remains available in the completed area. That combination turns a formal notification into a trackable task rather than a message that is easy to overlook.
Finding Notices with Search and Filters
Specific notices are easier to locate through search and filters instead of relying on a long, undifferentiated inbox. Users can narrow the list to the item they need, open its detail view, and move from identification to the required response in a more deliberate sequence. This suits people checking several administrative matters at once, as well as anyone who needs to revisit a notice before its deadline.
Notifica App also separates administrative communications from notices that require an action. Informational communications can be consulted as updates from a public administration, while actionable notifications remain connected to their completion and confirmation flow. A clear search habit—find the item, check its remaining days, read the details, then keep the confirmation—helps make short phone sessions more reliable.
Personal Access and Representation
The access flow is designed for two practical roles: Personal use and Representation. The app presents those choices before login, so a person can enter the service for their own notifications or work with communications connected to someone they represent. That distinction is valuable for professionals, organizations, and people handling different administrative responsibilities.
Profile settings add a contact-management layer to the notification workflow. Users can configure up to five contact email addresses for notices and communications, helping them receive courtesy alerts and keep procedures moving. The service also supports mobile alerts when the device is registered for them, giving users another reminder channel while the actual notice remains available inside DEHú.
Cl@ve Authentication for DEHú Access
Notifica App is a focused access point for DEHú rather than a general inbox or chat tool. Its opening screen directs users to electronic identity access through Cl@ve, with a separate link for Cl@ve registration and a choice between Personal and Representation. Once authenticated, the service is intended to bring government notifications and communications into a mobile workflow.
Supported identity routes include Cl@ve Móvil, Cl@ve Permanente, a digital certificate or electronic DNI, and European identifiers based on eIDAS. This makes the app most useful for people who already manage public-administration procedures digitally and want to check them away from a desktop. For everyday use, open the service when an alert arrives, review the deadline, and complete the required step before the notice expires.
