Choose Delivery Offers Around Your Schedule
Spark Driver centers on choosing work instead of following a fixed shift. Eligible independent contractors can review offers available in their zone, decide which trips fit their time and location, and work as little or as often as their circumstances allow. Offers may involve delivery only or a combination of shopping and delivery, so drivers can select tasks that suit how they want to earn.
Zone information and trip estimates help drivers understand where work is available before committing. Once an offer is accepted, its order count, distance, pickup timing, and expected earnings become part of the trip workflow. This makes the app useful for planning short sessions, filling downtime, or building a more regular delivery routine.
Shop, Navigate, and Complete Deliveries
Accepted trips move into a guided workflow that supports the practical steps between the store and the customer. Spark Driver can direct drivers to the pickup location, present shopping information when an order requires item collection, and organize the delivery details needed to finish the route. The aim is to keep order handling, navigation, and customer drop-off connected instead of making drivers switch between unrelated tools.
Trip screens can show mapped stops, pickup times, order status, delivery earnings, tips, and the route associated with a set of orders. Shopping assistance helps drivers work through customer lists and handle substitutions when available. Clear step-by-step trip information is especially useful during multi-order routes, when drivers need to understand what comes next without losing track of each delivery.
Track Earnings, Tips, and Incentive Progress
Spark Driver gives drivers a place to review the money connected with completed work. Earnings views can separate confirmed delivery earnings, customer tips, and weekly totals, helping users understand how individual trips contribute to a broader pay period. Drivers keep confirmed customer tips, while each completed shopping or delivery order adds to their recorded earnings.
Incentive programs and referral offers can add extra earning goals beyond the base amount for a trip. Progress screens may show eligible programs, required trip counts, time windows, and milestones, making it easier to see what remains before an incentive is completed. My Metrics also provides personal reference points such as on-time arrival, completion rate, customer rating, acceptance rate, and items found for shopping orders.
Manage Enrollment, Zones, and Driver Readiness
The app is intended for eligible drivers who complete enrollment before accepting offers. Registration includes selecting a preferred zone, submitting required driver and vehicle information, and completing review steps that may include a background screening. When a zone is full, applicants may need to wait for availability, so enrollment status and account access are part of the experience before delivery work begins.
Once approved, drivers sign in with the email used during enrollment and can manage work around their chosen area. Camera and location capabilities support identity, shopping, navigation, and delivery tasks when requested, while notifications can carry offer or account updates. This combination makes Spark Driver best suited to approved contractors with a compatible vehicle, insurance, smartphone, and an active service area.
