Send Faxes from Files or New Pages
Fax.Plus turns a phone into a workspace for preparing and sending faxes to local or international numbers. The Send Fax screen provides a recipient field alongside Add File and Add Page controls, so users can attach a document or build a page before transmission. Contact selection reduces repeated number entry when a recipient already exists in the address book.
Document preparation can also include camera scanning, text on a cover page, and imports from local storage or supported cloud services. Common office and image formats such as PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG, and TIFF fit the workflow. This makes the app practical for signed forms, medical paperwork, contracts, applications, and other tasks that still require fax delivery.
Organize Incoming and Outgoing Fax Records
Incoming and outgoing documents stay organized inside separate Inbox, Sent, and Outbox tabs. Users can open a fax record, review its page count, and return to previous transmissions without searching through unrelated phone files. A dedicated fax number can bring incoming documents into the mobile inbox when that capability is included with the user's plan.
The archive supports practical follow-up work, including adding notes, forwarding, replying, or resending documents. Delivery updates can arrive through the dashboard, email, or phone notifications, which helps users confirm whether a time-sensitive transmission completed. Keeping records in one account is especially useful for recurring administrative tasks, client correspondence, and documents that may need later reference.
Scan, Sign, and Return Documents
Fax.Plus combines document capture with signing tools so paper does not have to move through a separate scanner and printer. Users can scan pages with a phone camera, correct borders and perspective, arrange the result, and prepare it for fax delivery. Existing files can be attached when the document is already stored digitally.
Received documents can also move into a signing flow and return by fax after the required fields are completed. This closes the loop for approvals, consent forms, and agreements while a user is away from a desk. The workflow is most helpful when speed matters and the recipient still depends on a fax number rather than email attachments.
Manage Accounts, Contacts, and Mobile Tasks
An account connects the mobile app with Fax.Plus services and keeps fax history available across supported platforms. New users can create an account, while returning users can log in before reaching the Faxes, Send Fax, Contacts, and Settings areas. The Contacts section separates recent entries, personal contacts, secured contacts, groups, and the Fax.Plus phonebook for repeated sending.
Settings provide access to profile information, fax options, notifications, sign-in controls, integrations, language, and plan details. This structure suits professionals who send documents between appointments, small teams handling occasional administrative forms, and individuals who only need faxing for a specific institution. Reliable internet access remains important because account setup, document transfer, and delivery tracking are online tasks.
