Home Dashboard for ISS Updates
Home acts as MyISS's starting point, giving employees a quick view of company information without making them search through separate systems. A sign-in panel explains that eligible users can unlock additional features, while the page keeps general ISS content visible for anyone who can open the app.
A rotating Our News carousel brings people stories and workplace updates into the same view, with arrows and position dots for moving between cards. Discover ISS tiles then lead to About Us, Our Culture, and Our Strategy content. This layout suits quick check-ins before a shift or during a break because the main destinations stay grouped beneath a clear Home tab.
Newsroom Stories and Company Discovery
Newsroom turns the app into a browsable stream of ISS stories rather than a single announcement page. Users can scan cards with headlines, dates, images, and category labels, then open a full article when a people story or company update deserves more attention.
Article pages combine a prominent feature image or video with readable text and related entries, making longer updates easier to follow on a phone. The feed includes practical human-interest coverage as well as broader company information, so employees can catch up quickly or explore a story in more depth. Multiple language support also helps country and global news reach a wider ISS audience.
Locations, Menu, and Everyday Navigation
Persistent navigation keeps Home, News, Locations, and Menu one tap apart. The Locations entry provides a dedicated route to location-related information, while the selected tab remains highlighted so users can tell where they are in the platform. This simple structure works well for employees who move between updates and practical company links.
Menu expands the same destinations into a clean list: Home, About Us, Locations, Newsroom, and About. Users can return to any of these areas without retracing a long page, giving MyISS a single starting point instead of several bookmarks. The result is an easy route to information, whether the task is checking a story, finding an ISS location, or opening background material about the organization.
Employee Access and Self-Service Resources
Eligible ISS users can sign in from Home to reach additional employee features, while the initial navigation and company stories remain easy to discover first. MyISS is designed for workplace communication rather than a public social feed, so account eligibility matters when a link leads to internal systems, local communities, or employee-only services.
Beyond news, the platform brings together translated country and global updates, social communities, feedback surveys, key systems, and global self-help resources. These tools give employees a practical place to check information, share ideas, and reach everyday support without switching between unrelated portals. Staff who mainly need public news or a general social network may find the employee-focused access model less relevant.
