Company Short Name and Workplace Sign-In
HCMToGo connects each user to an employer-managed workspace rather than offering a general public account. New users first select their region and enter the Company Short Name supplied by an administrator. That identifier routes the app to the correct organization before the employee or manager enters a username and password.
The setup is designed for workplaces that have enabled mobile access and assigned the required security permissions. Once a company is configured, the sign-in flow keeps HR information tied to the right business environment. Users who do not know their Company Short Name should contact their manager or system administrator instead of trying unrelated organization names.
Timesheets, Time Off, and Leave Balances
Time management is one of HCMToGo’s central employee workflows. Users can review timesheets for accuracy, edit supported entries, submit time-off requests, and return later to see request status. Vacation and sick balances help employees understand available leave before choosing dates, while managers can work with approval tasks configured by their organization.
Available controls depend on the timesheet profiles and workflows selected by the employer. Bulk Hours and Start/End profiles are supported, giving companies a practical way to handle common daily time records. Keeping timesheets, requests, balances, and approvals together reduces the need to switch between separate workplace portals for routine attendance tasks.
Work Schedules and Shift Changes
HCMToGo gives employees a mobile place to check assigned work schedules and plan around upcoming shifts. When a company enables the relevant scheduling options, users may also request a shift change, claim an available shift, or swap shifts with coworkers. These tools are especially useful for hourly and distributed teams that need current schedule information away from a desktop.
Managers can use connected scheduling data to handle coverage and employee requests within the same workforce system. The exact options vary by employer configuration and user role, so one worker may see schedule viewing while another also receives shift-management controls. That role-based approach keeps the mobile experience focused on the tasks each person is permitted to complete.
Pay, Benefits, and Employee Self-Service
HCMToGo extends beyond attendance by bringing common payroll and benefits tasks into the employee account. Depending on the modules selected by an organization, users can view recent pay stubs, review pay history, manage direct-deposit details, enroll in benefits, and check existing benefit selections. These self-service tools make routine employment information easier to reach from an Android phone.
The app can also connect employees with organization-specific HR items and notifications after sign-in. Because access is controlled by the employer, available cards and actions may differ between companies or roles. For employees whose workplace uses the supported modules, the combination of pay, benefits, schedules, leave, and timesheets creates one practical mobile entry point for recurring workforce tasks.
