Collection Discovery and Runway Stories
GUCCI opens fashion browsing through an editorial Home experience where ready-to-wear and accessories sit alongside collection narratives. Search helps narrow the journey when you already have a product idea, while the visual layout keeps new launches and seasonal pieces easy to explore. It is suited to quick inspiration as well as a slower look at the House’s changing catalog.
Runway destinations extend the shopping path with fashion-show material and launch storytelling. Instead of treating each item as an isolated listing, the app gives context around silhouettes, styling, and the mood of a collection. Shoppers can move between discovery and product consideration on a phone, returning to Search when they want to locate a particular style or category.
Gucci’s Interactive Fashion Experiences
GUCCI turns browsing into a more playful visit with creative tools that put products and brand worlds into motion. Virtual accessory try-on can help you imagine a piece in context, while augmented-reality decoration lets you place Gucci-inspired elements into a space. Immersive 3D views of signature bags add another way to inspect design details before deciding what deserves a closer look.
There are also reasons to open the app when shopping is not the immediate goal. Gucci DIY supports product personalization, and wallpapers or stickers bring recognizable motifs into everyday phone use. Gucci Arcade, Gucci Places, and Gucci Garden create lighter, exploratory destinations, giving fashion followers a choice between a focused product search and a short creative detour.
Gucci Tag and Product Care
For selected products, Gucci Tag connects an item to an NFC-based information experience. Open the Gucci Tag area from MY GUCCI, keep the phone’s NFC reader active, and place it near the indicated location on a supported item. A successful scan can surface product identity, care guidance, and after-sales information in one place instead of a paper insert or separate lookup.
It is designed for tagged bags, scarves, silks, trolleys, and other eligible pieces, not every Gucci product. The practical value is a faster ownership check: use it while examining an item, preparing for care, or revisiting details after a purchase. If a scan does not respond, confirm that the item is supported and reposition the phone as instructed.
MY GUCCI Shopping and Boutique Visits
MY GUCCI gathers the account-based side of the experience around a shopper’s ongoing relationship with the House. Signed-in customers can save pieces to a wishlist, follow order progress, keep shopping preferences available across devices, and request help from a Client Advisor. Early access, tailored content, and appointment booking make the area useful for people who return for launches rather than browsing only once.
The app also links digital discovery with boutique visits. Location-aware alerts can help identify a nearby Gucci store, while the main navigation keeps Home, Search, Runway, Gucci Tag, and MY GUCCI within reach. Shoppers can therefore move from an online idea to a store conversation, a saved item, or an order task without losing the context that led them there.
