Pay at the Pump or In Store
Mobile payment turns a routine fuel stop into a phone-led workflow. After choosing a participating Exxon or Mobil station, members can select Pay at Pump or Pay in Store, choose an eligible payment method, and complete the transaction without relying on a separate rewards card. The same purchase can earn points when it meets program rules.
At the pump, the app guides drivers through station and pump selection before fueling. For an in-store purchase, it can generate a code for the cashier. This setup is useful for drivers who want payment, receipts, and loyalty credit connected to one account instead of managing each step separately.
Earn, Track, and Redeem Rewards
Exxon Mobil Rewards+ links eligible fuel, convenience-store, snack, drink, and car-wash purchases to a points balance. Members can follow their balance from the app, review loyalty activity, and redeem available points for savings under the current program terms. Regular station visits therefore contribute to a visible reward history rather than remaining isolated transactions.
The rewards area also organizes progress details such as status, badges, activity, and member offers. Personalized deals and club-card style promotions give returning users more reasons to check the app before a purchase. Because participation and offer availability can differ by station or account, the app is most useful when members confirm the listed terms before redeeming a reward.
Find Participating Exxon and Mobil Stations
The Stations tab helps drivers look for nearby Exxon and Mobil locations before starting a fuel or store purchase. Search, map controls, and filters make it easier to narrow the list, while location access can position the map around the phone's current area. This is particularly helpful when traveling or comparing nearby stops along a route.
Station details can indicate whether a location participates in Exxon Mobil Rewards+ and which services are available. Checking those details matters because not every branded location supports every reward or mobile-payment feature. Drivers who prefer not to share location can still use search, although nearby results and automatic positioning may be less convenient without location services enabled.
Guest Browsing, Offers, and Account Tools
A Continue as Guest option provides a quick look at the Home, Stations, Offers, and Account areas without forcing registration at the first screen. Guest mode is useful for reviewing the layout or searching for station information, while the bottom navigation keeps the main sections easy to reach. Basic help and app-version information are also available from the account area.
Signing in or creating an account unlocks the complete rewards workflow, including exclusive savings, personalized offers, payment methods, points tracking, and redemption. The Offers area separates in-store promotions from club cards, while Account provides settings and support entries. This division lets occasional users browse first and gives regular customers a clear path into member-only tools when they are ready.
