Users begin by choosing an order type, selecting a nearby restaurant, and opening the menu for that location. From there, they can move from featured wing deals to categories, view an item, customize the meal, and place selections in the bag for checkout.
The app keeps the main path close at hand with Home, Menu, Orders, and Bag tabs. Delivery availability depends on the entered address, while pickup search supports city, state, or ZIP code. This structure is useful for planning lunch, game-day food, or a group order without calling the restaurant.
Find a Restaurant and Browse Its Menu
Restaurant selection shapes what users can order, so the app provides several ways to find the right location. A search field accepts a city, state, or ZIP code, while Nearby, Favorites, and Recents help people return to practical choices. Filters can narrow the list to restaurants that are open now or support online ordering.
After a location is selected, the Menu tab organizes available food into featured cards and categories. Users can move through wing deals, limited-time sections, and the full menu before opening individual items. This location-first design helps avoid building a bag from a restaurant that cannot serve the chosen pickup or delivery address.
Earn Points and Use Member Rewards
Buffalo Wild Wings Rewards connects eligible purchases with a visible points and perks system. Members can sign in or create an account, track points activity, exchange points for food rewards, and review offers from the Rewards area. The program awards 10 points for each eligible U.S. dollar spent, with separate rules for qualifying purchases, redemptions, and point expiration.
Rewards also add reasons to return beyond a single order. The app can surface member promotions, exclusive games, check-in trivia, and progress toward Blazin' Status. Users who order directly can combine meal planning with points collection, while the account area keeps reward activity tied to the same mobile ordering experience.
Review Orders and Speed Up Checkout
The Orders tab gives returning customers a place to review purchases made within the recent-order window and begin another order. Saved favorites and reorder options reduce repeated menu browsing, while the bag keeps the selected restaurant and chosen items together before checkout. These tools are especially helpful for familiar meals or recurring group orders.
Signed-in users can save payment details for a quicker checkout and follow order progress after submitting a purchase. The app also supports mobile payment options such as Google Pay where available. Keeping order history, account details, rewards, and the active bag within one navigation system makes repeat pickup or delivery planning more efficient.
