Crypto Spending and Balance Control
Avalanche Card connects supported crypto balances with a card-spending workflow. A cardholder can review available spending power, move funds when needed, and follow transactions as activity changes. The flow is designed to make an on-chain balance easier to use for ordinary purchases without leaving the card account view.
Physical and virtual cards provide separate ways to spend online or in person, while in-app controls help a user manage the card relationship. Real-time balance movement and transaction alerts are useful when checking a purchase, planning a trip, or watching account activity after a transfer. That visibility can help users reconcile a recent purchase, decide whether to add funds, or notice an unexpected transaction before it becomes a surprise.
Physical and Virtual Card Management
Avalanche Card brings physical and virtual card controls into one mobile workspace. Cardholders can review the cards linked to their account, manage spending access, freeze a card when necessary, change a PIN, and close a card from within the App. These controls make routine account maintenance quicker when a card is misplaced or a spending choice changes.
The service also supports adding a card to Apple Wallet or Google Pay, extending the same account into tap-to-pay routines. A user can keep a physical card for shops, a virtual card for online checkouts, and use the app to follow activity and spending alerts between purchases.
Wallet Security and Identity Setup
Account setup begins with a choice between phone-number and email sign-in, followed by account creation and identity verification. This gives new cardholders a clear route into the service while keeping the first steps focused on establishing an eligible account. The onboarding guide explains that verification comes before the card experience.
Once access is established, the app supports wallet-based recovery options, including iCloud backups or a PIN-based recovery path. Users can therefore choose a recovery method that fits their phone habits, review alerts, and keep control tools close at hand instead of treating setup as a one-time task. The same separation lets a returning cardholder select a familiar route without searching through settings.
Everyday Purchases and Support
Avalanche Card is aimed at everyday Visa spending backed by supported digital assets. Users can pay through popular apps, online checkouts, or stores that accept Visa, then return to the app to see spending power and transaction movement. Support for USDC, USDT, AVAX, and WAVAX gives the account a defined set of assets for its current card workflow.
The service is also suited to people who want help while managing a crypto-linked card. A dedicated support channel is available around the clock, so questions about card controls, transfers, or account activity have a practical place to go. Availability still depends on the supported region and account conditions.
