Create a worker account
WAE starts with an email-based account flow for people who want to take part in its temporary-work network. The onboarding screen requests a legal name and email address, then explains that a staffing agency may provide an optional agency code.
That setup makes the app more appropriate for workers referred by an agency or company that uses WAE. Someone who has no relationship with a participating organization may not find an open, self-service marketplace after signing in.
Connect with temporary work
WAE describes its purpose as connecting people looking for work with companies that need temporary labor. The service is therefore focused on matching a worker-side account with flexible staffing needs rather than on long-form career profiles or permanent-role recruiting.
For a worker, the practical value is having a single account path for opportunities connected to the network. For a company or staffing partner, the same platform is intended to provide visibility into available labor.
Receive job and schedule communications
The account-creation screen says WAE may contact users by email and push notification about job opportunities, reminders for scheduled work, and other important employment information. Those communications can help a worker keep track of activity connected to the account.
Notification access is therefore relevant to the app's stated workflow, but it is not proof that any particular job will be offered. Workers should review the opportunity and schedule details supplied through their own participating organization.
Recover access when needed
The captured sign-in flow includes a password-recovery screen that sends a verification code to the user's email address. It then asks for that recovery code and a new password, so access recovery depends on control of the account email.
The screen also shows password requirements: at least eight characters, with a capital letter, a number, and a special character. Users who cannot receive the code should use the support route provided by the service rather than repeatedly guessing credentials.
Use an agency code when provided
During registration, WAE presents an Agency Code field and explains that a staffing agency will provide it when it applies. The same screen says to leave the field blank for someone who does not belong to a staffing agency.
This gives agency-affiliated workers a way to connect their account to the relevant partner while keeping the initial form usable for others in the WAE network. It does not establish eligibility, assignment, pay, or employment terms on its own.
