Review Accounts from One Dashboard
Account overview is the center of AFCU Mobile, giving America First members a single place to review balances, recent transactions, and accounts connected from other financial institutions. The customizable dashboard keeps frequently used services close, so checking everyday activity does not require moving through a long sequence of menus.
Members can open an individual account to examine its activity, search or filter transactions, and see a broader financial picture across home and linked accounts. This consolidated view is useful for people who manage checking, savings, cards, or loans together and want to understand where money is held and how it has moved before making the next payment or transfer.
Transfer, Pay, and Deposit Money
Moving money is built into the regular banking workflow. Members can transfer funds within America First, send money to another member, use Zelle when eligible, and manage bills from the same mobile account. Bill Pay supports scheduling, changing, or canceling payments, which helps turn recurring expenses into manageable tasks.
Mobile Deposit provides a second way to add funds without visiting a branch. After signing in, users enter the check amount and capture the front and back of an endorsed check with the phone camera. Auto capture can help frame a readable image, while eligibility, deposit limits, verification, and funds-availability rules still apply to each account and check.
Organize Budgets and Spending Activity
Budgets and Spending turns transaction data into a clearer picture of everyday habits. Purchases are automatically grouped into categories, and the app can build spending reports that help members compare where their money goes. Users can adjust categories and create a budget that fits their own priorities instead of working from a generic plan.
The same financial view can include recent activity from linked institutions, giving users more context than a single account balance. Search, filters, savings goals, and credit-score access provide additional ways to review progress when those services are available to the member. This makes AFCU Mobile useful for routine check-ins as well as a more deliberate monthly review.
Enroll and Secure Account Access
The app gives new and returning members clear entry points before account information appears. Existing users start with their Online Banking User ID, while first-time users can enroll, open an America First account, recover credentials, contact support, or read legal information from the opening page. Enrollment uses a phone number or email address for a one-time passcode and additional authentication.
After setup, compatible devices can use fingerprint or face authentication for quicker access, with the regular credentials remaining available as a fallback. Members can also manage cards, alerts, recurring transfers, and selected security controls from the broader banking experience. These options suit users who want both faster sign-in and practical control over frequent account tasks.
