Company-code Access to Assigned Training
Attensi Skills is built around organization-managed learning rather than a public course catalog. Start by entering the company name or code supplied by an employer or training manager, then sign in to reach the products assigned to your role. If only one product is available, it can open automatically, keeping the first step focused for each learner.
People working with several products or companies can switch from the settings area, log out, and use Change company to enter a different code. This makes the same mobile app useful for workplace onboarding cohorts, franchise teams, and employees moving between training programs.
Map-based Modules and Mini-game Practice
Training products in Skills use maps to organize the modules learners need to play through. Instead of presenting a long lesson list, the map gives a visual route into short simulations and role-specific activities. Tap, swipe, and slide interactions keep practice active on a phone, whether the session fits into a commute or a short break.
Bite-sized modules make it easier to repeat a concept, receive immediate feedback, and continue from the next available activity. The game-based format is especially useful when a team wants learners to rehearse product knowledge, customer conversations, safety steps, or other workplace behaviors without opening a full desktop course.
Scores, Certifications, and Team Challenges
Skills adds visible goals to learning through high-score lists, certifications, competitions, and battles with colleagues. These elements give a learner more than a completion checkbox: progress can become a friendly challenge, a reason to repeat a module, or a way to see how much practice remains.
When an organization uses Skills+, the same app can connect training with the ENGAGE learning space. For You or Journeys areas can combine Skills activities with PDFs, videos, written guides, and company learning materials, helping employees keep related content in one place. That combination supports daily practice without splitting context across separate learning tools.
Mobile-first Training for Onboarding and Growth
The app is designed for multi-device learning, with mobile access complemented by computer-based options in the Attensi ecosystem. On Android, learners can return to assigned practice away from a desk, while organizations can use the same training approach across offices, stores, and distributed teams.
Attensi positions Skills for onboarding, sales enablement, behavior and soft-skills practice, and large-scale rollouts with multiple languages or cultural variations. That makes it a practical fit for recurring learning for busy distributed teams and short refresher sessions between shifts, but access still depends on the training program attached to the company code and the content your organization provides.
