Choose when and where to dash
Dasher lets approved delivery workers choose when and where they want to work. Dash Now can be used when a market needs Dashers, while the Schedule tab helps people plan upcoming dashes.
This flexibility is built around independent delivery work rather than a fixed employee shift. Availability and offered work can vary by market, time, and account eligibility.
Review and accept delivery offers
When a delivery or task opportunity arrives, the app shows where it is and what the Dasher can make. A Dasher can decide whether to accept an offer before beginning the delivery workflow.
For a restaurant delivery, the usual flow is to drive to the restaurant, pick up the order, then travel to the customer for drop-off. The app provides directions and delivery information during those steps.
Track earnings and payout details
The Earnings area brings together base pay, tips, and other rewards from completed dashes. It also provides payout-management tools, including bank-account information for automatic payments.
Promotions such as Peak Pay and Challenges can offer additional earning opportunities when available. Earnings, payment timing, and promotion access depend on the offer, market, and account circumstances.
Manage account and delivery settings
The Account tab is where a Dasher can view account information such as name, phone number, email, vehicle, and app settings. It provides a mobile place to keep key delivery-work details current.
Ratings information includes delivery history and measures such as customer ratings, acceptance rate, and completion rate. Those details can help a Dasher understand their activity on the platform.
Take on restaurant or shopping deliveries
Dasher supports restaurant delivery offers as well as Shop & Deliver offers in participating markets. Shop & Deliver can involve shopping listed items in a grocery, convenience, or retail store before delivering the order.
Support is available in the app when a Dasher needs help with eligible delivery work. The exact order types, markets, and tools available to an account can differ by location and program eligibility.
