Corporate Card Accounts in One Place
Access Online brings supported U.S. Bank commercial card accounts into one mobile workspace. Cardholders can move between Corporate Travel, Purchasing, One Card, Executive, Event Planner, and Managed Spend accounts without treating the app like a personal-banking product. Each account view can surface its open or closed status, balance, available credit, credit limit, and payment due date, giving business users a focused picture of card activity.
Program administrators gain a related set of controls for real-time account information and maintenance. Depending on organizational entitlements, they can review authorization declines, see decline reasons, change credit or single-purchase limits, and reopen or close accounts. This makes the app useful when a card program needs attention away from a desktop.
Review Transactions and Organize Expenses
Transaction history gives cardholders a practical way to check recent business spending from a phone. The app can show up to the previous 99 transactions across a 90-day window, including purchases, payments, credits, post dates, and amounts. Sorting and filtering help users locate a charge before preparing an expense report or answering a question from an administrator.
Expense workflows extend beyond simply reading a list. Eligible users can attach receipts to transactions, while organizations that enable the relevant functions may also support transaction management or disputes. Because completed mobile tasks synchronize with the Access Online website, cardholders can capture details while traveling and continue the wider reconciliation process later without maintaining a separate record.
Card Details, Alerts, and Account Pay
A protected card-information view lets registered cardholders retrieve an account number, security code, and expiration date when they need to complete an online purchase. Access uses a separate four-digit passcode for this display, distinct from the account password and any cash-access PIN. The app can also register account alerts, helping users follow activity and respond to important card events without repeatedly opening the account summary.
Additional tools depend on the organization's configuration and the user's entitlements. Supported cards can be added to a mobile wallet, mailing addresses can be updated, and eligible individually billed accounts can use Account Pay for a one-time payment or autopay. These options keep common card tasks close to the account they affect.
Mobile Access for Cardholders and Administrators
Access Online is designed for people managing corporate payment activity while traveling, attending meetings, or working away from their usual computer. Existing users sign in with an organization short name, user ID, and password, while eligible cardholders can register using their organization and card details. English and Canadian French support also helps organizations serve users across the United States and Canada.
The mobile app and full Access Online website complement each other rather than offering identical menus. Recent account information and completed mobile tasks can synchronize across both services, but some advanced functions remain website-only and available options vary by company setup. Users get quick access to everyday card and expense tasks while retaining the broader desktop workflow for specialized administration.
