Account Balances and Recent Card Activity
Corporate cardholders can use CitiManager to check the figures that matter before or after a business purchase. The account summary brings together current balance and available credit, while recent activity lists posted transactions and opens individual details such as amount, currency, date, address, and reference number.
The same mobile workflow can surface unbilled authorizations and declined transactions, including the reason supplied for a decline. Users with more than one eligible account can switch between accounts before reviewing activity. This makes the app useful for business travelers who need to confirm spending, available funds, or an unfamiliar charge without waiting to return to a desktop.
Statements, Payments, and Expense Records
Statements and payment records give cardholders a clearer view of completed billing periods. Users can open statement summaries with the statement date, balance, and due date, then view, download, or share a PDF when that option is available. Payment history keeps prior account payments separate from day-to-day card transactions.
Availability varies by organization and market, but supported programs may allow bill payments, scheduled payments, linked payment accounts, receipt image uploads, transaction comments, and supplier or invoice details. Airline and hotel folio information may also appear as ancillary service charges. These tools help users connect business purchases with the documents and payment actions needed for expense reporting.
Card Activation and Secure Account Access
CitiManager provides several routes for eligible cardholders to establish and protect access. New users can register, new cards can be activated, and the sign-in screen includes username and password recovery. After enrollment, biometric authentication and one-time passcodes may reduce repeated credential entry while adding another verification step.
Account and market rules determine which security tools appear. Some users can view a card PIN for a limited period, approve ecommerce transactions through biometric authentication, or request a replacement for a lost, stolen, damaged, or unreceived card. The app also records the last login time, helping cardholders notice when an account was accessed and keep routine card management within one secure session.
Alerts, Language Controls, and Mobile Support
Push notifications can keep important card events visible between logins. Depending on enrollment, users can receive alerts for remaining credit, individual or high-value transactions, declined charges, payment due dates, received payments, dispute updates, and suspected fraud. Some programs also support two-way fraud messages so a cardholder can respond to unusual activity.
The app includes a language selector plus contact, help, privacy, and terms entries from the pre-login menu. Signed-in users may also adjust date, time, and currency display formats, while region-specific dual-currency views support selected markets. Together, these controls make CitiManager practical for travelers and distributed teams using commercial card programs across different countries.
