VisionLink 2.3.8 is a mobile fleet-management workspace for equipment teams working away from a desktop. Its dashboard opens routes to the Demo App, asset records, planned maintenance, task assignment, parts, and dealer support. Within an asset view, health categories, service timing, on/off events, and service history help users decide what needs attention across Cat and non-Cat equipment. The Digital Ecosystem provides routes into Cat Central, Cat Inspect, SIS2GO, MyCatFinancial, and Cat Rental Store, and QR scanning can shorten the path from a machine in the field to its record. The XAPK declares Android 8.1 or newer and includes split APKs that must be installed together. The 2.3.8 release record also notes full SOS Sampling support in Needs Review and a performance refactor.
A Shared View for Cat and Non-Cat Equipment
Supervisors can use VisionLink to keep machines from different manufacturers in one mobile workspace. Asset pages bring operational readings such as location, hours, fuel, utilization, and status into a single place, making a quick field check easier to organize.

Health categories such as fault codes, fluid analysis, and inspections sit beside planned-maintenance status. Overdue, upcoming, completed, timeline, and service-history details help a team turn equipment information into a practical follow-up plan.
Field Actions and Connected Cat Services
The Demo App gives newcomers a clear starting point, while QR scanning, work-task routes, Shop Parts, and Find Dealer connect common next steps. Digital Ecosystem links extend the journey to Cat Central, Cat Inspect, SIS2GO, MyCatFinancial, and Cat Rental Store for teams that need related services on the move.
