Daily Schedules and Change Alerts
TeamLive gives hospitality employees a mobile view of upcoming work, replacing scattered messages with a schedule that can be checked by day, week, or month. New and revised shifts are highlighted through alerts, so employees can notice changes before a busy service period and plan travel, childcare, or personal commitments with clearer timing.
The schedule sits at the center of the employee experience and connects with the app's other planning tools. A worker can move from checking assigned hours to reviewing availability, time-off options, or open shifts without relying on a manager to resend the same information. This makes TeamLive especially useful for variable restaurant and hotel rosters.
Availability, Time Off, and Shift Trades
Employees can update when they are available, submit time-off requests, and handle shift changes from the same app used to view their roster. These self-service tools help workers communicate scheduling needs in a structured way, while managers receive requests through the employer's Harri system instead of piecing together informal texts or group-chat messages.
Shift Pool and swap options add flexibility when an assigned shift no longer fits. Team members can review work that may be available, offer or exchange eligible shifts, and keep schedule decisions connected to the workplace account. Availability and request status still depend on the employer's configuration and approval process, so the app supports coordination rather than guaranteeing a change.
Team Updates and Coworker Communication
TeamLive also serves as a communication point for frontline teams. Employees can follow workplace updates, stay aligned with company goals, and exchange messages within the organization, giving schedule changes and operational information a shared home. This is useful when staff work different hours and cannot depend on an in-person briefing at the same time.
The dashboard-style experience keeps work communication close to the roster instead of separating every task into another service. Depending on the employer's setup, staff may also record health status or use team messaging to contact the people available to them. Access and recipient choices are controlled by the connected workplace, keeping the experience focused on that employee's organization.
Employer-Linked Access for Frontline Work
TeamLive is designed for employees whose workplace already uses Harri, so account access begins with an employer relationship rather than an open personal signup. Workers can sign in with a Harri account created during onboarding or choose a company login and enter the domain supplied by their employer. A welcome email and account activation may be required before credentials work.
This setup makes the app most practical for restaurant, hotel, and other hospitality staff who need schedule details between shifts. Once an account is active, one mobile workspace can support recurring tasks such as checking the next shift, reviewing updates, changing availability, or starting a request without returning to a desktop system.
