Everyday Account Access and Transaction History
Suncoast SunMobile puts everyday account access behind a simple member sign-in flow. Members can enter their member number and password, keep the member number available for repeat visits, or choose Forgot Password when they need to recover access. Once signed in, the banking workspace is designed for checking balances, reviewing transaction history, and handling routine account decisions from a phone.
The account view is useful when you need to confirm available funds before a purchase, review cleared checks, or trace a recent payment. Suncoast also describes quick transfers between eligible accounts and access to loan or deposit information, giving members a practical way to manage money without opening a desktop browser.
Mobile Check Deposits on the Go
Mobile check deposit turns a paper check into a remote banking task. From the SunMobile workflow, members select Deposit Funds, enter the check amount, and photograph the front and back with the phone camera before submitting the deposit. That sequence is useful after work, while traveling, or whenever reaching a branch would add an unnecessary trip.
Deposit availability depends on membership and account eligibility, and Suncoast publishes daily limits that can vary by account type. Personal accounts are described with a limit of up to $2,500, while business accounts may have up to $25,000. Review the current limit and deposit instructions before submitting a check, especially when you are using the feature for a business account or a larger payment.
Bill Pay, Transfers, and Member Payments
Bill pay and transfers keep common outgoing payments in the same mobile workspace. Members can pay bills, move money between Suncoast accounts, transfer funds to or from another financial institution, and use Pay a Person to send money to a recipient's mobile number or email address. Loan payments can also be made as one-time or recurring transfers from a Suncoast account.
This combination suits recurring household bills, a quick transfer between savings and checking, or sending money to family without visiting a branch. Payment alerts help members follow scheduled activity, while the account history provides a place to review what has already cleared.
Member Setup, Alerts, and Local Banking Tools
SunMobile also works as a local banking organizer rather than only a transaction screen. A branch and ATM locator can show nearby fee-free ATMs, Suncoast branches, addresses, and contact information, which is useful when you need cash or in-person help. Members can also manage contact information, eStatements, eNotices, and tax documents from the broader digital banking service.
For members planning a larger financial task, the service provides entry points for opening eligible checking or savings accounts and starting certain loan or credit-card applications. These tools make the app useful for both quick errands and longer-term account maintenance, with the hamburger menu offering a direct way to reach supporting services.
