ScheduleAnywhere 5.0 is a mobile companion for organizations that coordinate recurring work shifts. Employees can open the service to check upcoming assignments, review permitted staff schedules, and send time-off, cover, or swap requests when their availability changes. Supervisors can use the same account-based workspace to review rosters, find available people for a gap, respond to requests, and repost a changed schedule so affected staff receive the update. This release is distributed as an XAPK with a minimum Android requirement of 7.0. A current ScheduleAnywhere account is required before workplace schedules and request tools become available, so access depends on the employee permissions configured by the organization.
Personal shift visibility
Use the mobile schedule view to check upcoming work times and see staff rosters when your account permits it. This gives employees and supervisors a quick reference between duties, without relying on paper lists or a desktop browser.
Requests that keep coverage moving
Send time-off, cover, or swap requests from the scheduling workspace, then return to see their status. The workflow keeps a proposed change tied to the schedule so managers can make decisions with the relevant staffing context.
Manager updates and reposting
Supervisors can look for available employees, make a last-minute adjustment, and repost the schedule when a shift changes. A repost helps notify affected employees, making the update easier to follow across a busy team.
