Track Cloud Systems and Provisioning
SAP for Me gathers cloud availability and provisioning information into a mobile overview for customers who oversee active SAP landscapes. Status cards can separate production systems from the wider cloud list, highlight favorite systems, and show whether entitled environments are ready, paused, or still waiting to be provisioned.
Provisioning summaries turn those states into quick operational checks instead of requiring users to open a desktop portal for every update. Tapping a status card opens the matching list with its filter applied, while availability views let users move between systems and identify changes that may need follow-up. This workflow is most useful for administrators and support staff who need current portfolio visibility while away from their main workstation.
Manage Cases and Request SAP Support
SAP for Me brings support cases and service requests into a task-oriented mobile workspace. Users can review cases grouped by status, see which items require customer action or an SAP response, open request details, and create a new case when an issue needs formal support.
Support options also include Expert Chat and routes to the Customer Interaction Center for non-technical help. Case notifications and update summaries make it easier to follow progress without repeatedly checking the web portal, while custom case views can keep the most important work visible. For teams handling active incidents or scheduled support sessions, these tools help connect mobile review, communication, and follow-up in one flow.
Follow Events, Alerts, and Calendar Tasks
The app can surface updates for support cases, cloud availability, SAP Community activity, planned maintenance, license-key expiry, and scheduled expert or manager sessions. These alerts give users a mobile way to notice time-sensitive changes related to the products and services attached to their account.
A calendar view collects upcoming SAP-related events and lets users browse the next items from the overview. Events can be shared or saved to a local calendar, helping administrators coordinate maintenance windows, support appointments, and renewal-related tasks with colleagues. The same dashboard approach keeps operational reminders near system and case information, reducing the need to assemble a daily status picture from several separate tools.
Personalize Overview and Account Access
Access begins with an SAP Universal ID linked to an S-user ID, or an S-user ID issued through the customer's organization. After login, users can create a passcode and optionally use biometric recognition for faster return visits, keeping the mobile workspace tied to the authorizations of the selected SAP identity.
The overview can be adjusted by hiding sections or changing their order, so cases, availability, provisioning, events, learning content, and feedback appear in a useful sequence. Profile and settings areas also provide Help Center, feedback, and account controls. People who manage more than one authorized S-user can add accounts and switch between them without repeating the complete sign-in process each time.
