Balances, Activity, and Account Overview
FMFCU puts routine account checks into a mobile dashboard so members can review balances and follow recent activity without waiting to use a desktop browser. Transaction search by date or amount helps users locate a purchase, deposit, or withdrawal when they need to confirm where money moved. This makes the app useful for quick financial check-ins throughout the day.
The account overview can also include external financial accounts alongside FMFCU relationships. Budget, spending, net-worth, asset, and debt views give members a broader picture than a single balance. These tools are most useful for people who want one place to monitor cash flow and keep everyday decisions connected to longer-term financial goals.
Transfers, Bills, and Zelle Payments
Members can move money between eligible accounts, pay bills, and send funds to people they trust through Zelle. These workflows reduce the need to visit a branch for common payments and make it easier to handle time-sensitive transfers from a phone. Bill Pay also gives users control over the recipient, amount, and payment timing.
Zelle works inside FMFCU Digital Banking for sending, receiving, or requesting money with an enrolled email address or U.S. mobile number. Recipients should be reviewed carefully before a transfer because completed payments to enrolled users generally move quickly and may not be reversible. Together, these options cover both scheduled obligations and everyday person-to-person payments.
AnytimeDeposit and Mobile Check Handling
AnytimeDeposit lets eligible members submit a check through the mobile banking app instead of taking it to a branch. The workflow uses the phone camera to capture the check and send the deposit for processing. It is a practical option for users who receive paper checks but want to manage them alongside other account activity from home or while traveling.
Mobile deposit availability can depend on account enrollment and the credit union's deposit requirements. Members should follow the in-app instructions, photograph the check clearly, and retain the original until the deposit has been accepted and appears correctly in account activity. Combining deposit access with balance and transaction views makes it easier to confirm the result without switching services.
Login Recovery, Passcode, and Member Access
FMFCU uses member authentication before personal account information and banking tools become available. The sign-in screen provides Login ID and password fields, a Remember me option, password and Login ID recovery links, and account-unlock access. New users can also begin enrollment, while branch information and the privacy policy remain available from the public entry screen.
Members who prefer faster repeat access can use biometrics or create an app passcode after confirming their Login ID and password. The passcode is tied to the registered device and should differ from an ATM or debit-card PIN. These choices let users balance convenience with account control, especially when the phone has its own screen lock and is not shared.
