Check Balances and Review Account Activity
Rockland Federal Credit Union Mobile Banking puts checking and savings information into a phone-friendly account view. RFCU members can sign in with the same credentials used for Online Banking, check available balances, and review recent transaction history when they need a quick picture of their finances. That makes the app useful for confirming a deposit, checking spending, or reviewing account activity away from a computer.
The login screen provides username and password fields, a Save option, password visibility control, and a Forgot Login link. Sign Up entries support members who still need digital access. Once authenticated, the account tools are designed for short, practical sessions throughout the day rather than requiring a branch visit for routine checks.
Move Money and Schedule Payments
The app brings several payment tasks into one mobile workflow. Members can transfer money between eligible RFCU accounts, use External Transfers for linked accounts at other financial institutions, and send payments to another person. Transfers may be requested immediately, scheduled for a later date, or arranged as recurring activity when the selected service supports that timing.
Bill Pay adds another way to handle recurring financial chores. Users can make one-time electronic payments, schedule future payments, and organize repeating bills such as utilities. Keeping transfers and bill payments near account information helps members check available funds before acting and manage common obligations without switching between unrelated services or preparing paper checks.
Deposit Checks and Access Statements
Mobile check deposit lets eligible members submit payroll or personal checks with the phone camera. The workflow asks users to choose Check Deposit, accept the service agreement when enrolling, photograph the front and back of an endorsed check, and follow the on-screen directions. Electronic confirmation helps users know the submission was received, while RFCU notes that registration review and fund availability can take additional time.
eStatements provide a paperless record for reviewing monthly account details. Members can open statements through the More menu after enrolling and use them to locate transactions or examine spending patterns. Account alerts can also notify users about significant activity, giving the app a useful mix of document access, deposit tools, and timely account awareness.
Find Services and Handle Banking on the Go
Beyond balances and payments, the app helps members connect mobile tasks with RFCU services. Branch and ATM search tools can point users toward nearby locations, while rate information supports quick checks on account, mortgage, and loan options. Members can also begin a loan application or account-opening process when they need a service that extends beyond everyday account management.
These tools fit situations where a member is commuting, traveling, or handling a financial task between other activities. The bottom navigation keeps Sign Up and More options visible from the login screen, while authenticated services bring routine banking functions together. The result is a focused companion for RFCU members who want account access without relying on branch hours.
