Account Overview and Spending Insights
Regions Bank puts account information and spending context in one mobile workspace. Customers can check balances, open account details, and search up to 18 months of transactions when they need to confirm a purchase, review a deposit, or understand recent activity. Account and routing numbers are also available for common banking references.
Insights and budget and planning tools add a broader view of money movement. Instead of treating a balance as an isolated number, customers can follow spending and saving patterns, consider where money is going, and make everyday decisions with more context. This makes the app useful for a quick balance check as well as a regular personal-finance routine.
Transfers, Bill Pay, and Mobile Deposit
Money movement covers several tasks that normally send customers to separate banking screens. Users can transfer funds between Regions accounts and supported outside institutions, pay bills through Regions Bill Pay, make eligible Regions credit card payments, and send or request money with Zelle. Direct-deposit setup gives incoming pay another route inside the same service.
Mobile Deposit lets customers use the phone camera to capture an eligible check and select a destination account, subject to the app's terms and device requirements. Reviewing recipients, amounts, accounts, and availability before submitting helps keep transfers and deposits organized, while shortcuts make routine transactions easier to repeat.
Card Controls and Secure Access
Regions LockIt gives cardholders a way to manage selected card-use controls from the mobile app, while alerts can help surface balance changes, deposits, or cleared checks. Customers can also manage cards, activate eligible cards, and review related services without treating every issue as a branch visit.
On the sign-in screen, users can enter a username and password, remember the username, and enable biometric ID for later access. Regions also provides password-help and contact routes, plus an Open an account option for people who are not yet enrolled. These controls combine account access with practical ways to respond when a card or sign-in detail needs attention.
Alerts, Support, and Banking Shortcuts
Everyday banking is supported by small shortcuts that reduce searching. Users can set alerts and notifications, locate a nearby Regions branch or ATM, schedule an appointment with a banker, access customer support, and view or activate rewards. These tools keep help and service options close to the account tasks that bring customers into the app.
Language settings make the mobile experience available in English or Spanish, although some legal terms, product details, or disclosures may remain in English. The combination of alerts, location help, appointments, support, and language choices suits customers who want self-service for routine needs while keeping a clear path to human assistance.
