Added QUIC support as an obfuscation protocol and improved bridge hopping. Reduced obfuscated connection failures after settings changes, fixed VPN certificate updates through APIv5 and minor UI bugs in location selection and censorship-circumvention settings, and removed the camera permission because invite-code scanning is not enabled for RiseupVPN.
