Combine Wi-Fi, 5G, and Satellite Links
Speedify's main workflow is channel bonding: it can use multiple available internet links at the same time and carry traffic through one VPN session. On Android, that can include Wi-Fi and mobile data, while other supported setups may add Ethernet, tethered phones, or satellite connections. The goal is to keep uploads, calls, streams, games, and browsing moving when one path becomes slow or unreliable.
The dashboard lists detected connections and lets users see which path is primary or available for bonding. Automatic failover can move traffic onto the remaining links when a connection drops, so the app is most useful for people who regularly work or communicate across mixed networks.
Tune Bonding for Speed or Reliability
Bonding Mode changes how Speedify uses the connections it detects. Speed Mode spreads traffic across active links to increase throughput, while Redundant Mode sends duplicate packets over more than one path when reliability matters more than data efficiency. Enhance Streaming can prioritize real-time video and audio traffic and adjust bonding behavior as network conditions change.
These choices suit different tasks rather than one universal setting. A large upload may benefit from Speed Mode, while a short broadcast or important video call may justify redundancy despite higher data and battery use. The settings screen also exposes a secondary-connection threshold, giving users another way to decide when extra bandwidth should join the session.
Share Cellular Data with Pair & Share
Pair & Share extends bonding beyond the connections built into one device. Speedify users on the same local network can discover nearby devices, approve a pairing, and share cellular capacity in both directions. Each participant keeps control over whether to share, receive, modify permissions, or unpair, and the added path can supply extra bandwidth or a fallback when another signal weakens.
The feature appears during onboarding and remains available from Settings, so it can be enabled later instead of becoming a permanent first-run choice. It is designed for situations such as crowded venues, travel, remote work, or group streaming where nearby phones may use different carriers and one device's connection alone is not dependable.
Manage App Bypass, Priorities, and Usage
Speedify includes controls for deciding which connections and apps should use the VPN tunnel. Users can set connection priorities, keep metered mobile data as a backup, and apply limits that reduce the risk of consuming a capped plan. App Bypass can send selected services outside the tunnel when they restrict VPN traffic or need the device's normal route.
The dashboard provides Bypass suggestions, paired-device status, and current connection details, while Settings links to account access, statistics, connection preferences, and upgrade options. These controls make Speedify practical for users who want more than a single connect button and prefer to balance performance, privacy, battery use, and mobile-data cost for each situation.
