Users can choose whether to include photos, videos, or both, and can manage transfer behavior around Wi-Fi or mobile data. The app also supports uploading individual items through its built-in manager or Android's Share menu, which makes it practical to back up a complete gallery or save only a few selected files.
Share Large Files with Access Controls
pCloud lets users send files and folders through shared links instead of attaching large items to a message. This approach works for vacation albums, project materials, videos, and documents that need to reach friends, relatives, clients, or coworkers without being split across multiple emails.
Link controls can add a password or an expiration date, while folder invitations support ongoing collaboration and access management. Users can decide how recipients interact with shared material and can manage existing shares from the same cloud library. Offline Files and Built-In Media Playback
Important files can be marked for offline access before a flight, commute, or trip with unreliable connectivity. On Android, those selected items are downloaded into app-managed storage and remain available from the Offline files area. This is especially useful for reference documents, tickets, photos, or other material that must remain reachable when a network connection cannot be assumed.
pCloud also includes audio and video playback for media stored in the account, so personal music and clips can be opened without first moving them into a separate library.
