Students can check their current points balance and see how recognition from teachers and staff accumulates as they meet behavior expectations. The app can turn each new award into an ongoing routine: review the latest comments, notice which goals are moving forward, and return during the school day to see what has changed. Because the school controls the PBIS setup, the labels, available information, and timing of updates can differ between accounts. That flexibility lets each school connect positive behavior with a progress view students understand.
Explore School Rewards and Events
Points become useful when a participating school connects them to its Store, Raffles, or Events. Students can browse the choices made available to them, look at upcoming opportunities, and plan how to use their balance for a preferred reward. This gives the app a practical goal beyond displaying a number and lets students see how recognition can lead to school-managed incentives.
Catalogs and rules are controlled by each school, so one student may see different items, events, or redemption options from another. Students can check their balance before choosing an available opportunity and ask school staff when an option or school-specific rule is unclear. The result is a reward view that stays tied to the local PBIS program rather than promising the same catalog for every account.
Student Access Through School Accounts
Student information is connected to a participating school's PBIS Rewards setup. Depending on how administrators configure access, the app can offer a teacher-provided authorization or group code, a school QR code, or single sign-on choices such as Google, Clever, or ClassLink. This gives schools a way to match the app with their existing student records and identity tools.
Once the right path is enabled, the student returns to their own account instead of a staff management area. Remember-me and search settings can also be controlled by the school, which may change the exact login steps. Students who do not receive a code or see an expected sign-in option should contact a teacher or school administrator, because access is program-managed.
School-Day Checks and Student Tools
PBIS Rewards Student can do more than show a points total when the school activates the related modules. Students may submit a Self SEL Check, view basic information about referrals, or follow the status of a Check-In/Check-Out plan. These tools give students a simple way to report a status, review school-provided information, and keep track of a support routine from the same student-facing app.
Availability depends on the services enabled by the school and the student's role, so not every account will show every module.
