Recent, Folder, and File Organization
Recent, On Device, Clouds, and Settings form a simple bottom navigation system for moving between document tasks. Recent gathers files you have opened or edited, while On Device keeps locally stored work in its own space. This separation helps you return to a report, sheet, presentation, or form without searching through every folder again.
The file-management workflow also supports practical organization. Users can browse, sort, rename, move, create folders, and remove files, then return to the Recent area for quick access. The empty Recent view is clear enough for a new installation, while the folder control on the document pages provides a direct route into local storage when a file is not already listed.
DocSpace and Connected Cloud Workspaces
The Clouds section connects the mobile workspace to ONLYOFFICE DocSpace and compatible third-party storage services. A user can create a free DocSpace account, sign in to an existing portal, or connect services such as Nextcloud, ownCloud, OneDrive, Dropbox, kDrive, and WebDAV-supported storage. That makes the app useful when files need to follow a person across devices rather than remain on one phone.
Cloud work can also extend into collaboration. DocSpace supports shared files, comments, tracked changes, and access choices for viewing, reviewing, commenting, or editing. The Clouds page keeps Create free account and Sign in visible, so users can choose a connected workspace when a local-only workflow is not enough.
Settings and Mobile Work Habits
Settings gives the app a dedicated place for preferences, while the four-section navigation keeps document work easy to resume. This layout suits students reviewing class files, professionals handling reports on the move, and households that need a practical viewer for PDFs, forms, and office attachments. Local and cloud areas can be treated as separate workspaces rather than mixed into one long list.
The app is also a useful bridge between short mobile tasks and fuller office sessions.
