Schedule Visits and Prepare for Check-In
MyKelsey brings appointment planning into the patient portal, letting users review upcoming visits and schedule many primary or specialty care appointments. The booking flow can collect the visit type, provider, date, time, and reason before a patient reviews the details. For eligible appointments, Pre Check-In helps confirm medications and allergies, complete questionnaires, and handle an applicable copay before the visit.
Mobile Arrival extends that workflow at participating clinic locations. With appointment arrival enabled, location access and notifications can prompt a patient near the scheduled time, then provide an I'm here action and directions about whether to wait in the lobby or visit the front desk.
Review Results, Medications, and Family Records
Health-record tools give patients a central place to review test results, immunization history, medications, allergies, and other available clinical information. Result pages can surface a value together with its reference range and related details, helping users prepare questions for their care team. Prescription management also lets patients track refillable medications and send refill requests without starting a separate phone call.
Family access adds a practical management option for people who have authorized proxy access to another patient's record. Because medical data is personal, each user should open only information they are entitled to view and use the appropriate account rather than sharing login credentials.
Message the Care Team and Use Virtual Care
Secure messaging keeps non-urgent questions inside the patient portal instead of ordinary email. Patients can contact their Kelsey-Seybold care team, review replies, and connect messages with the health information already available in their account. The same mobile hub can lead into supported virtual-care options, including scheduled video visits or eligible E-Visits, so patients can complete the required steps before connecting with a provider.
These tools are designed for routine care coordination rather than emergencies. Users can combine appointment details, messages, results, and follow-up information in one account, while urgent or life-threatening symptoms still require the emergency channel recommended by their provider.
Manage Bills, Health Data, and Account Access
MyKelsey also supports administrative tasks that continue between visits. Patients can review and pay available bills, keep contact or account information current, and use authorized family access where applicable. Health Connect support can upload selected health and fitness data for users enrolled in compatible self-tracking programs, bringing relevant measurements into a broader care-management workflow when they choose to connect it.
A MyKelseyOnline account is central to personalized features, and sign-in can use account credentials with additional verification or supported biometric access. This makes the app most useful for current Kelsey-Seybold patients who regularly manage appointments, records, messages, prescriptions, and billing from a mobile device.
