The patient-facing entry also offers Remember Me and optional biometric sign-in, while the service supports care for dependents when the account grants access. This release uses the XAPK package for Android 6.0 and newer and opens to a username-and-password sign-in screen; a portal account and internet connection are needed for the online patient workflows.
Plan appointments before the visit
Use the portal to schedule, cancel, or move eligible appointments, then review upcoming and past visits from the same account. Pre-check-in turns part of the preparation into an earlier task, which can help patients arrive with fewer administrative steps left to complete.
Keep results and care conversations together
Health-record views bring diagnoses, vitals, immunizations, allergies, referrals, clinical notes, and laboratory or radiology results into the patient workflow. Messaging the care team from that account gives follow-up questions a natural place beside appointment and record information.
Handle recurring pharmacy and family tasks
Prescription refills, bill tools, and care for dependents extend the portal beyond a single appointment. Users who manage another person's care can use the relationship access provided by their account, while optional biometric sign-in makes repeat visits quicker after setup.
