Ward and Stake Directory Connections
Member Tools brings local ward and stake information into a searchable directory for authenticated Church members. Users can view contact details and photos, see organizational callings, and find people connected to ministering assignments without switching between separate websites or paper lists. Role and privacy settings determine which records each person can access.
The same workspace supports custom member lists, messages that flag important actions, and profile updates for contact information, household photos, and visibility preferences. Missionary contact entries help members reach missionaries serving in or assigned from their unit. These connected tools make routine coordination easier for people planning visits, communicating with local leaders, or keeping ward relationships organized.
Calendars, Meetinghouses, and Temple Planning
Calendars help members keep ward and stake events alongside the contact information they already use. Users can subscribe to the calendars that matter to them, filter what appears, and review activity details from the mobile app. Meetinghouse tools add addresses, sacrament meeting times, and bishop contact information for local units.
Temple tools combine assigned-temple details, nearby locations, ordinance schedules, and recommend expiration reminders. Members can also connect with missionaries through contact entries and introduction options when those actions fit their account access. Together, these location and schedule features support weekly planning, travel, temple visits, and participation in church activities without requiring users to search across several services.
Leader Reports, Records, and Finance Tasks
Member Tools adjusts its administrative options according to a user's calling. Ward and stake leaders can review membership reports, record attendance, and follow ministering information, while bishops, branch presidents, and clerks can move records or record ordinances. This role-based design keeps general member features separate from responsibilities that require authorized access.
Finance workflows also support organization presidencies submitting payment requests and unit leaders reviewing or approving eligible expenses. Newer record-management tools include child record creation and updated class or quorum attendance views. These features turn the app into a practical field workspace for leaders who need to handle unit tasks while away from a desktop computer.
Home Tiles, Sync, and Feedback Controls
A customizable Home screen lets users arrange tiles by size, order, and color so frequent destinations stay easy to reach. Settings provide light or dark themes, photo download preferences, language selection, and syncing controls. Automatic or manual synchronization keeps local information aligned with Church systems when a connection becomes available.
Some record entry and task work can continue offline, which is useful in meetinghouses or areas with inconsistent mobile data. The Help area explains recent changes, answers common questions, and includes a Send Feedback form with name, email, category, and description fields. These controls support regular upkeep as well as troubleshooting when account data or updates do not appear as expected.
