Track Deliveries in One Place
Luxer One brings package information together for residents whose property uses the company’s lockers or package rooms. After signing in with the email address or phone number connected to the building, users can view deliveries, check pickup details, and find the package they are ready to collect. This replaces the need to search through separate delivery emails whenever a pickup code or locker assignment is needed.
The delivery view is designed around the resident’s current packages rather than general carrier tracking. Package cards can show delivery timing, carrier details, locker information, label access, and a pickup action, helping users move from notification to collection without switching between several services.
Open Lockers from Your Phone
A supported property can let residents open a Luxer locker or package room directly from the phone. The app uses the resident’s verified property account and may rely on nearby-device or Bluetooth access to communicate with compatible hardware, providing a contact-light alternative to entering details on a shared touchscreen.
Once the correct delivery is selected, the pickup flow can identify the assigned locker and guide the resident through opening, collecting, and confirming the package. This is most useful when the resident is standing near the locker system, has an active account for that location, and has allowed any device permissions required by the property’s setup.
Resident Login and Property Access
Luxer One access is tied to a resident record at a participating property rather than an open sign-up flow inside the app. Users begin with the email address or phone number already on file with their building. If the app cannot match the details, it can direct the resident toward login help or the property manager instead of creating an unrelated account.
This property-linked model keeps deliveries connected to the correct building and household. Account tools can also hold locker preferences, accessibility choices, and other resident settings, while some participating properties provide household access or additional services through their plan. Available options therefore depend on the user’s location and property configuration.
Vacation Holds, Preferences, and Support
Resident tools extend beyond the moment a locker opens. Vacation mode can place eligible deliveries on hold for a selected time span, while reach preferences can help residents request a more accessible locker height. These controls are useful for travel, mobility needs, or any situation where the default pickup arrangement needs adjustment.
When a code, delivery, or account detail is missing, users can reach support from the app through Luxi and follow property-specific help instructions. Participating communities may also expose premium services, returns, or household features in the same account. Keeping these controls near delivery history gives residents one place to manage both immediate pickups and recurring package needs.
