Browse Cards and Flyer Invitations
Paperless Post brings two invitation formats into one mobile catalog. Cards use a classic stationery style for weddings, showers, milestone birthdays, and formal events, while Flyers work as colorful, textable event pages for casual parties, happy hours, and quick gatherings. Hosts can browse categories and themes to match the tone of each occasion.
Search, filters, and full-screen previews make it easier to compare designs before starting. The collection includes in-house artwork and partner designs, and users can also upload a finished creation when they already have their own visual. This range helps people move from early inspiration to a suitable invitation without switching between separate design tools.
Customize Designs and Event Details
After choosing a design, hosts can change fonts, colors, layout, photos, GIFs, stickers, envelopes, liners, stamps, and backdrops. Cards can stay polished and stationery-like, while Flyers can use motion and bolder visual treatments. The mobile editor keeps the invitation message and appearance connected to the event's mood.
Event details can be expanded with Blocks for schedules, directions, registries, videos, photo galleries, or other supporting information. Guest Questions and Surveys can collect meal choices, addresses, and planning details without overloading the main invite. Together, these tools turn a template into a highly practical event page as well as a personal design.
Send Invites and Build Guest Lists
Hosts can build a recipient list by adding people individually, reusing a previous event list, importing saved contacts, pasting entries, or uploading a spreadsheet where supported. Phone contacts make mobile list building faster, especially when invitations will be sent by text or email.
Once the guest list is ready, Paperless Post supports delivery by email, text message, or Shareable Link. A link can also be placed in messaging apps, social networks, work channels, or a host's own email. These options let organizers choose between direct tracked delivery and broader link sharing, making the same invitation useful for intimate dinners, family celebrations, and larger professional gatherings.
Track RSVPs and Check In Guests
Paperless Post keeps hosted and received events together so organizers can return to drafts, upcoming gatherings, sent invitations, and scheduled activity. Within an event, hosts can review responses, see delivery and open information when available, message guests, and send reminders without rebuilding the recipient list.
Guest Tags and follow-up tools help organize attendees, while co-host features can divide planning work. On the event day, the mobile Guest Check-in tool lets an organizer mark arrivals directly from a phone or tablet. That creates a clearer attendance record for celebrations, business events, school functions, and other gatherings where RSVP status and actual turnout both matter.
