Live HD Camera Monitoring
Live HD viewing turns a compatible Luna camera into a remote window for checking a room, entrance, or outdoor area from an Android phone. Users can open a camera feed to see what is happening in real time, making the app useful for routine home checks, package-area monitoring, and a quick look at family or pets while away.
The camera-centered workflow keeps monitoring tasks in one mobile place instead of requiring direct access to the hardware. A stable Wi-Fi connection and a paired Luna camera are central to this experience. When those pieces are ready, the live view provides the starting point for reviewing activity and deciding whether an event needs attention.
Two-Way Audio and Event Snapshots
Two-way audio adds an active communication layer to camera monitoring. Through supported Luna hardware, users can listen to activity near the camera and speak through it, which can help with greeting a visitor, checking in with someone at home, or responding to an unexpected sound without being physically present.
Event snapshots complement the live feed by giving users a visual reference when motion-related activity occurs. Instead of relying only on a real-time view, users can return to captured moments and decide whether further review is needed. Together, audio and snapshots make the app more practical for short checks as well as follow-up after an alert.
AI Event Tagging and Alert Review
AI-assisted event tagging helps organize motion activity into more useful categories. With eligible Smart Security features, Luna AI can classify movements involving people, vehicles, or animals and attach relevant information to an event clip. This reduces the effort of treating every motion notification as equally important and helps users focus on activity that matches their security priorities.
Tagged events also support a clearer review routine. A user can move from an alert to the related snapshot or video, understand the type of movement, and decide whether to watch the live feed or take another action. The benefit is a more structured activity history rather than an undifferentiated stream of motion notices.
Shared Access and 30-Day Clip Storage
Shared camera access is designed for households that manage security together. Eligible Smart Security features let the primary user invite additional people and apply custom permissions, so family members can help watch cameras without every participant needing the same level of control. This can be useful when responsibilities are split between partners, relatives, or other trusted household members.
Extended cloud storage keeps event videos available for up to 30 days on the supported plan, giving users time to review or download important clips. The combination of shared access and retained event history supports coordinated follow-up when one person misses an alert or another household member needs to revisit an earlier incident.
