Storage Categories and File Browsing
File Manager Plus presents common storage areas as large tiles, including Main storage, Downloads, Images, Audio, Videos, Documents, Apps, and New files. This makes it easier to start from a task type instead of navigating through folder paths first.
The Downloads view shows file names, dates, and sizes in a standard list, so users can inspect recent files, XML documents, packages, and folders quickly. For people who manage many downloads, this direct list view can be faster than using a system picker or gallery app.
Storage Analysis and Large Files
The Storage Analysis screen helps users understand how internal storage is divided across images, videos, archives, audio, documents, apps, and other file groups. A percentage view and free-space number make device capacity easy to read.
Large-file listings are especially useful when a phone starts running out of space. Users can spot big downloads, archived packages, or media folders before deciding what to move or remove. The app should still be used carefully because file actions can affect important data.
Cloud, Remote, and Network Access
Beyond local files, File Manager Plus includes Cloud, Remote, and Access from network entry points. These areas make the app useful for people who move files between a phone, cloud accounts, local network shares, or other devices.
This broader file workflow can save time because users can manage multiple locations from one app. The side menu also keeps Home, Main storage, Recycle Bin, and Downloads close together, helping users return to common areas without starting over from the Android launcher.
