Pay Stubs, Tax Forms, and Personal Records
eSELFSERVE gives authorized employees a mobile route to payroll information that would otherwise require a desktop portal or help from an administrator. After signing in, users can review personal information, current and past pay stubs, compensation details, and tax forms such as W-2 documents. Keeping these records together makes it easier to check earnings, confirm deductions, or find a document when preparing taxes.
Pay information is organized around the employee account rather than a public browsing experience, so each worker sees data provided by an APS-connected employer. This makes the app especially practical for checking a recent voucher, looking back at earlier payroll entries, or locating a tax record away from the office without carrying paper copies.
Clocking, Schedules, and Time-Off Requests
Daily attendance tools turn eSELFSERVE into more than a place to read payroll records. Employees can view their work schedule, clock in and out when their employer enables mobile time capture, and submit time-off requests from Android. These actions keep common workplace tasks close at hand for people who move between job sites, work changing shifts, or need to check plans outside normal office hours.
Schedule and attendance information stays connected to the same employee account used for pay details. That shared workflow helps workers compare scheduled time with their own records and handle a leave request without switching to a separate system. Availability can depend on the modules and rules configured by each employer.
APS Account Sign-In and Password Recovery
eSELFSERVE protects employee records behind an APS account sign-in. The Android login screen provides username and password fields, a Remember Me option, and a password-visibility control, giving authorized employees a familiar way to return to their workplace information. Access is designed for customers whose employers use APS, so it is not a general payroll account that anyone can create inside the app.
The Having trouble logging in? route supports account recovery when credentials are forgotten. Users can choose Reset Password, enter their username and Social Security number, and request a temporary password by email. If the message does not arrive, the recovery instructions direct the employee to contact their workplace administrator.
Mobile Self-Service for the Workday
eSELFSERVE is most useful as a recurring workday companion for employees who need payroll and HR information while away from a computer. A worker can check a schedule before a shift, review a pay stub after payday, locate a tax form, or send a time-off request without waiting for printed paperwork. The mobile format keeps these routine tasks available wherever the employer permits account access.
The app also brings personal details, pay history, company documents, and workplace updates into a centralized self-service experience. Because each employer controls the APS services available to its workforce, menus and actions can vary by account. This makes the app best suited to authorized APS employees who want faster access to the records and tasks their organization has enabled.
