Case and Time Log Submissions
eMedley gives health science students a mobile route for submitting case logs and time logs as part of their academic work. Instead of treating these records as separate tasks, the app places them inside the same institution-linked environment used for other course responsibilities.
The workflow is useful for students who need to keep recurring activity records close at hand while moving between study sessions, classes, or other academic commitments. A focused log-submission entry can make routine reporting easier to return to, while the account-based design keeps the task connected to the student's eMedley access rather than a generic notes tool.
Course and Faculty Evaluations
Course and faculty evaluations give eMedley a second core workflow beyond record submission. Students can complete evaluation tasks through the same mobile education platform, keeping course feedback work alongside their other institution-managed responsibilities.
Homework submission extends that workflow from feedback to coursework. Together, evaluations and assignments give students clear, task-oriented reasons to open the app, especially when those activities are managed through eMedley. The result is a focused academic workspace rather than a general writing or file-sharing tool, with each action tied to a course or faculty context. That keeps feedback and assignment steps easy to revisit from the same account.
Announcements, Grades, and Curriculum
Students can use eMedley to view course announcements, grades, and curriculum from a single mobile access point. These information views help connect day-to-day notices with the broader structure of a course, so users can check what has been posted and review where their studies are headed.
Grades provide a quick reference for academic progress, while curriculum gives course information a wider frame. Announcements, grades, and curriculum are not just static profile details; they support the practical habit of checking course information before returning to logs, evaluations, or homework. This mix makes the app useful between formal study sessions. It also makes short checks between classes more practical.
Account Access for Student Workflows
Account access is central to eMedley's student workflow. The app opens with a Welcome screen that asks users to sign in, provides a Username field and Next button, and includes Forgot Username? and New User? entry points for people who need help getting into an account.
The account-recovery dialog asks for the email associated with an eMedley account and offers Reset Password, giving users a clear route when ordinary sign-in details are unavailable. This account-first structure suits institution-linked education services: once access is available, the same app can serve log submissions, evaluations, course information, and homework tasks in one place.
