After building an order, choose the handoff that fits the trip: collect it inside the cafe, use the drive-thru, or request curbside service where that option is offered. The app connects the order to a selected Caribou location, so the pickup decision becomes part of the order instead of a separate call or conversation.
Location search helps you find a nearby store and compare the places that can serve the order. Store menus, hours, inventory, and available handoff methods can differ, so selecting the destination early helps keep the final order realistic. For regular commuters, saved locations reduce the time needed to repeat a familiar morning stop.
Caribou Perks, Beans, and Shareable Rewards
Caribou Perks adds a loyalty layer to everyday orders. Members can follow their bean balance, earn progress from eligible purchases, and exchange that progress for drinks, food, or other rewards when the account makes them available. The rewards area also provides a place for member-only deals and shareable perks.
The onboarding flow presents both a member route and a guest route, letting a first-time customer browse the offer before deciding whether to register. A phone-based sign-in connects the account to its rewards history, while the guest option keeps a single purchase simple.
