Dealer Enrollment and Account Access
AuctionACCESS begins with account access built around wholesale vehicle-dealer credentials. Existing members can sign in with their AuctionACCESS username, while eligible newcomers can start enrollment or create a username from the opening screen. The enrollment path asks whether the user is associated with a licensed dealership and whether an AuctionACCESS membership already exists, keeping the setup tied to an authorized business relationship.
Members who already have an ID can use membership lookup fields such as AuctionACCESS ID number, date of birth, and photo ID number. New username creation also connects identity details with account settings. Together, these paths help dealers recover access or begin credentialing without starting from an unrelated consumer-auction flow.
Mobile Card and Auction Check-In
A mobile AuctionACCESS card gives credentialed dealers a phone-based version of the membership card used at participating wholesale auctions. After signing in, a uniquely generated QR code can appear on the home screen, giving the member a practical credential to carry without relying only on the physical card. The code is designed for participating auction kiosks that recognize AuctionACCESS credentials.
At a supported location, the dealer can scan the QR code to validate credentials and print a bidder badge before entering the lanes. This workflow does not replace each marketplace’s own registration requirements, but it can shorten routine check-in for members who already meet them. It is most useful for dealers moving between multiple participating auction locations.
Documents, Representatives, and Account Issues
Account management extends beyond a digital card. Members can review account information, upload or sign required documents, and address potential buying or selling issues from the mobile service. These tasks support the credentialing work that often sits between a dealership and the wholesale marketplaces where its representatives need authorization.
Dealership owners and account managers can also control the people permitted to conduct business on the account, including adding or removing authorized individuals when responsibilities change. Keeping documents, representatives, and issue resolution in the same mobile workflow reduces the need to treat each credentialing task as a separate paper process. The result is a clearer administrative hub for maintaining dealership access.
Floor Plan Availability and Dealer Offers
AuctionACCESS helps dealership users keep selected business information close at hand while they work across wholesale channels. Owners can view or edit certain company details, and participating lender connections can provide updated floor plan availability. That gives qualified users another account-management task to handle without waiting until they return to a desktop.
The app also includes an Offers area for discounts related to industry tools and subscriptions. These entries sit alongside membership and credential services rather than turning the app into a public vehicle-bidding marketplace. For dealers who source inventory in physical and online lanes, combining account updates, lender information, and relevant offers can make the mobile app a practical companion between auction visits.
