The central view can show the information as a two-column grid or a more detailed list. That flexibility helps someone glance at a changing value while plugging in a cable, then inspect the same session with a fuller set of labels when a more careful comparison is needed.
Battery Health and Device Details
Ampere places the electrical and hardware context beside current readings. The dashboard can show battery level, health, Li-ion technology, maximum capacity, temperature, voltage, manufacturer, model, Android release, and build identifier. Seeing those values together helps users interpret a charging result instead of treating a single mA number as the whole story.
This view is practical when checking whether a phone is warm, whether a charger produces a stable result, or whether two accessories behave differently on the same handset. The live cards and labels keep the session understandable for everyday troubleshooting, accessory shopping, and routine battery checks without turning the app into a laboratory instrument.

Ampere's broader monitoring tools are organized through Settings. Users can open Basic settings, Privacy settings, Widget settings, Notification settings, and Alert settings, then choose how charging information should fit their routine. Widget and notification options are especially useful when the phone is charging on a desk and the user wants a quick status glance without repeatedly opening the full dashboard.
Alert controls extend that workflow to battery-focused reminders, while onboarding, news, license, translator, and About entries provide supporting information. PRO options include widgets, notifications, device alerts, and Android Wear alerts, giving people who monitor charging frequently more ways to keep the important reading visible.

The app is not designed to promise laboratory-grade mA accuracy, and support depends on the phone exposing a compatible measurement interface.
