Mobile Account and Panel Setup
AlarmNet 360 gives security professionals a mobile starting point for account creation and panel onboarding. After signing in, technicians can search for an account by City-CS-Sub or MAC ID, review customer details, and move into supported communicator and panel workflows. The login screen keeps the account path separate from the Lyric Gateway entry, so a field installer can choose the setup route that matches the equipment in front of them.
The app supports activation and maintenance for selected ProSeries, Lyric, and Vista communicator combinations. It can also attach sensors, keypads, wireless keys, and supported Total Connect devices. That makes the phone useful during installation or service visits when a technician needs to connect a panel, confirm the account context, and continue without returning to a full web workstation.
Lyric Gateway Connection Wizard
The Lyric Gateway path turns a hardware connection into a guided sequence rather than a list of settings. The opening screen offers Manage Lyric Gateway, then explains where to find the gateway network name and password, asks the installer to power the unit, and uses a Next control to move through the setup. Clear labels such as SSID and WPA2 password keep the required information close to the step where it is used.
This route is useful when a Lyric Gateway has to be associated with an AlarmNet account or prepared for service. The workflow is designed for on-site work: read the gateway label, connect the hardware, continue through the wizard, and return to the account tools when the panel is ready.
Sensors, Zones, and Device Programming
Once a supported account is available, AlarmNet 360 brings panel peripherals into one management flow. Installers can add, modify, or remove sensors and zones, program wireless keys and user codes, and review the panel, zone, and communicator status. For Gateway systems, Z-Wave devices and connected Total Connect equipment can also be part of the configuration.
The same model suits both new installations and maintenance visits. A technician can work through device lists, adjust the account's configuration, and keep names or service details aligned with the system. ProSeries Wizard support adds a more guided route for compatible Pro A7 Plus and Pro A7 panels, reducing the number of separate steps needed to prepare a supported installation.
Diagnostics for Field Service Work
Field service is easier when diagnostics stay close to the account. AlarmNet 360 can expose panel and communicator status, event logs, signal or quality information, reporting tests, and sensor-test results for supported systems. Device firmware details can show current and expected versions, while account pages keep customer, service, and subscribed-package information together.
This makes the app a practical companion for installers, central-station staff, and technicians who need to investigate a connection issue or finish a maintenance task away from the office. Use it when the job depends on a compatible Resideo panel or communicator and an authorized account. Features and available panels vary by system, so the supported model list should be checked before planning a field workflow.
