Fixed a startup crash when DNS53 was used in proxy mode and re-enforced trust and allowed-IP rules for isolated apps. WireGuard startup is faster in Proxy Lockdown mode, Android 17 is supported, several network and website-icon options graduated from experimental status, and deleted WireGuard configurations are no longer shown.
