OttPlayer 9.1.3 is a multi-device IPTV player for viewers who already have a channel playlist. The Android workflow starts with a choice between a new and legacy interface, then offers an offline playlist import path and dedicated Playlist and Settings areas. Users can prepare M3U8 channel lists, keep channel groups organized, and use the player with HLS, RTSP, TS over UDP, or RTMP streams. This package requires Android 12L or newer and needs a compatible playlist and network connection for provider streams.
A flexible IPTV playback layer
OttPlayer 9.1.3 brings HLS, RTSP, TS over UDP, and RTMP playback into one player. With a compatible IPTV playlist, viewers can use the same workflow across mobile devices, TV boxes, and supported television platforms.
Playlist import without a cluttered setup
The Playlist area keeps adding and refreshing lists straightforward. Offline import, channel groups, and recognizable icons help viewers move from a provider list to an organized lineup without rebuilding every channel by hand.
