Users can type an organization URL or Cloud ID in Get connected, then continue through the profile setup flow. A second Upload File route accepts an .ovpn configuration supplied by a workplace, administrator, self-hosted server, or compatible provider.
The file path is designed for a single profile at a time, and the import screen explains the 256 KB limit before browsing. This makes the app useful when a team distributes a ready-made configuration or when an individual keeps a server profile locally. After import, the profile becomes the starting point for a reusable connection rather than a one-time browser action.
Connect Through OpenVPN Business and Private Servers

Authentication is tied to the selected server and its profile, so the same client can accommodate certificate-based access, credentials, MFA, or a browser-based sign-in when the service requires it.
